This charming city is in a subtropical desert region, where the winters are mild, and the summers are sweltering too hot. Although December, January, and February are mild winters, temperatures can drop into the dozens at night.
The best weather months are November, March, and April. From May to October, the weather is mild, but from June to September, it is boiling. The water temperature is around 21°C in February and March and about 28°C in August, with an average temperature of 24°C throughout the year.
