Payment policy

We require 35% of your tour’s total cost as a deposit by your Credit Card, through our payment methods and the rest will be in cash in Egypt 

 

Payment Methods:

Accepted payment methods may include:

-          Bank transfers (Contact us by mail to send you the bank details )

-          Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

-          Cash payments ( in foreign currencies like USD or EUR)

-          Online payment platforms(You can online via our gateway payment)

Terms and conditions 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you decide to Cancel 15 days before an arrival , then you will be charged 25% of the total cost;

If you canceled your tour 7 days before the tour date, you will be charged 50% from the tour price

In peak period such as Christmas and New Year and Easter will be a different policy it depends on hotels and airline and nile cruises

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) may have special cancellation terms

 Children Policy

0: 01,99 Free of any charges for the whole Tours.

0: 5,99 Free of any Charge “For the tours that don’t require domestic Flight Tickets}

2: 5,99 Pay only 25% of the Tour Price “For the tours that don’t require domestic Flight Tickets}

6: 11,99 Pay only 50% of the Tour Price

12+ Pay the total amount of the tour per adult person.
