To secure your booking, please provide written confirmation by email. Upon receipt, we will issue a booking confirmation invoice and require a 35% deposit of the total tour cost.

A contract between you and Atum Signature Tours will come into existence from the date on which we issue the booking confirmation.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability will automatically be released. Any subsequent rebooking will be subject to the availability of hotels, cruises, and other services, as well as the applicable rates at the time of rebooking.

Deposit and Final Payment

• To secure your trip, a 35% deposit of the total tour cost is required. Payment may be made by credit/debit card through our secure online payment platform or by bank transfer.

• The deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• The final payment, together with the final rooming list, must be received no later than 60 days prior to the trip departure date.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

The following cancellation charges will apply:

• Cancellation within 60 days or more prior to the arrival date: 35% of the total cost per person will be charged.

• Cancellation within 31-59 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total stay cost will be charged.

• Cancellation within 15-30 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total stay cost will be charged.

• Cancellation within 14 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.

Additional conditions:

• Atum Signature Tours reserves the right to review requests to change tour dates. Date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to revised pricing.

• During peak periods, including Christmas, New Year, Easter, the Sunlight of Abu Simbel phenomenon, solar eclipses, Ramadan, and Eid, different payment and cancellation policies may apply, as stipulated by the relevant hotels, airlines, Nile cruises, and other suppliers.

• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may be subject to special payment and cancellation terms.

• Failure to make payment by the applicable due date may result in a payment reminder. If payment is not received within the specified period following the reminder, the booking may be deemed cancelled and applicable cancellation charges may be applied.

• We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance, including appropriate cancellation and medical cover, before travelling.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer: Please contact us by email and we will provide the relevant bank details.

• Credit/Debit cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted through our secure online payment platform. American Express is not accepted.

Children Policy

• Ages 0–1: Free of charge for the entire tour.

• Ages 2–5: Pay 25% of the tour price for tours that do not require domestic flight tickets.

• Ages 6–11: Pay 50% of the tour price.

• Ages 12+: Pay the full adult tour price.

Please note: Children’s rates may vary for tours that require domestic flight tickets.

Flight Booking Conditions

• To secure the flights at the quoted price, a 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation. Kindly arrange for prompt payment.

• All passenger names must be provided at least one month before departure.

• Name changes are permitted without limitation prior to ticket issuance.

• After ticket issuance, name changes are permitted for up to 5% of the total group, provided the request is made at least one month before departure. A fee of 50% of the total ticket price will apply to each name change.

• If it is necessary to transfer the PNR (Passenger Name Record) for ticket issuance on your behalf, a fee of USD 5 per person will apply.

• In the event of any change to the travel dates before ticket issuance, the group will be subject to repricing based on the applicable fares at the time of the change.

• If the deposit is made based on the original quoted rate and the prices subsequently change, the remaining balance will be calculated based on the new rate.
